Board of Directors

Our Board is an Association comprised of the JLBP property owners. The Board has diverse experiences in business, community, and charitable services across an array of industries. Located on the Jordan Lake watershed, the Board works together with a focus and a commitment to the environmental and health impacts inherent to the responsibility of being one of two commercial buildings permitted to sit directly lakeside. All owners vote based on allocated shares attributed to perecentage of property ownership.

Randy Sampson, Chair

Randy is the President and owner of 72 Degrees and Custom Air, Inc. He dedicates his ability as a pilot to assist in distater relief through the state and contributes to local charities assisting special needs children and families in the community.

Beth Kuklinski, Vice Chair

Beth is the founder and Director of Jordan Lake School of the Arts. She is also the founder and Chair of the non profit, Jordan Lake Creative Center, creating opportunities for individuals with exceptional needs.

Andrew Barnes, Member

Andrew is the President and owner of Barnes Precision Machines. He is dedicated to assisting members of the Chatham County community through various charitable work.

George Faget & Eleanor Herr, Members

George is the creator and owner of Specs and both he and Eleanor own Jordan Lake Farm. They have been dedicted to environmental preservation along Jordan Lake for many years.

Advisor to the Board

Dr. Halford House, Bioremediation Resource Recovery Systems LLC

Dr. House’s vision and creation of North Carolina’s first integrated water system has enabled the rebirth of occupancy at and care of our building. He has been a highly regarded professor at multiple universities, including North Carolina State. His pioneering work has been the subject of studies by the University of Chapel Hill and his model for water integration remains revolutionary. The building remains a tour stop for local colleges and passionate environmentalists due to Dr. House’s work.
